Just a reminder:
Before beginning any major outdoor renovations (e.g. painting, roofing, fences, etc.) you must first submit your plans to the committee for approval as required by and detailed in the Declaration of Restrictions. Include your name, home address and phone number as well as any relevant samples, descriptions, drawings and dimensions to the Association P.O. Box (see [contact page]).
All requests will be reviewed and responded to in a timely manner.
